My Play

  • Mapped the entire loan journey, then shipped 160 + mobile and 60 + web screens for the MIKS platform. 

  • Built a modular design system, interaction specs, and motion tokens for engineering hand-off.

  • Conceived & designed AlışGidiş as an app-in-app marketplace: brand, UI, 3D mascots, and a gamified “elevator” floor navigation. 

  • Extended the flow to web payment widgets used by partners like Trendyol and Hepsiburada. 

 

Impact

  • MIKS cut average loan approval time by ≈ 35 % and halved staff onboarding.

  • AlışGidiş scaled to 600 k + monthly active users in its first year, opening a new revenue stream.

Challenge

Build an in-store credit-ops tool that lets retail staff start and track a shopper’s loan end to end in minutes.

While Fibabanka’s super-app handled everyday banking, partner stores still relied on paper and phone calls to issue point-of-sale credit. We needed a tablet-ready workflow that any sales clerk could launch, guide a customer through identity checks, and submit the loan—all without leaving the counter. I mapped the journey, designed 160+ mobile screens and a 60-page web console, then stitched them into a single, audit-safe flow ready for rollout.

Embed an AlışGidiş branded marketplace inside the Fibabanka mobile app

Although AlışGidiş was still only a concept within Fibabanka, I architected an app-in-app experience: a WebView layer that launches from the bank’s native shell. With one tap, customers enter a fully branded storefront, register in two quick steps, and shop using instant credit—never leaving the Fibabanka ecosystem.
