Create the first Turkish platform where film- and series-lovers can log what they watch, get AI-driven recs, and hang out with a like-minded community—on a student budget, while pitching to accelerators for seed funding.

My Play

• Incubation win — took the concept to ITÜ Çekirdek; placed in the Top 20 of 1 000+ projects, securing seed capital and mentorship. 

• MVP to market — led UX, UI, and React Native dev; shipped to App Store & Google Play in Feb 2019.

• Viral mechanics — designed referral loops, gamified badges, and social share cards that fueled organic installs.

• Growth pivot — formed Clapper Agency & Production, providing branding and motion services to fund product burn while honing our in-house craft. 

• Team ops — managed a six-person distributed squad; rebuilt backend in Year 2 to handle surge traffic.

• Hit 50 k active users in the first 3 months, peaking at 20 k within weeks of launch.
