Translate a week-long physical art festival spread across 30+ row houses into a single digital hub that guides visitors, highlights 250 artists in real time, and stays easy for curators to update between editions.

My Play

• Map → flow — ran field visits, sketched a street-map IA, then prototyped a filterable “row-house directory” so guests can jump to any gallery in one tap.

• Elementor-first build — crafted global templates (home, artist page, event agenda) in Theme Builder.

• Live-event toolkit — integrated a Vimeo API tab to livestream panel talks, and embedded a Google Maps layer that switches to “You-are-here” on mobile.

• Performance polish — WebP + critical CSS + Cloudflare kept LCP below 1.7 s on festival wi-fi. Trained the comms team via Loom videos for zero-dev content updates.

Impact

• Site went live 12 days pre-opening, catching press previews and driving 8 k+ timetable downloads.

• Curatorial team published 60+ last-minute artwork swaps themselves no developer tickets.

• The Elementor component library now rolls forward to future Artweeks editions, halving next-year setup time.
