The Ritz-Carlton

Go live with an ultra-luxury property microsite on a eight week deadline while preserving the Ritz-Carlton brand’s understatement and giving remote buyers a realistic unit tour.

 

My Play

  • Hands-on WordPress build – spun up a lean child theme and used Elementor Pro’s Theme Builder to create reusable content blocks; wired in WPML for future multilingual rollout.

  • Content curation – audited 200 + assets, picked a “hero dozen,” and art-directed their placement so photography did the selling.

  • Matterport + GSAP – embedded a friction-free 3-D walkthrough and layered in subtle scroll motion for tactile polish.

  • Performance hardening – WebP conversion, critical-CSS extraction, and server-side caching trimmed first-view payload to < 1.5 MB.

  • Full release ownership – deployed on client hosting, configured CDN/SSL, and trained the sales team on Elementor’s visual editor.

 

Impact

  • Shipped on schedule for the VIP launch; 0 last-minute change requests.

  • Average session time × 2.4 vs. previous property pages (GA, first 30 days).

  • Matterport tour replaced static PDF decks as the sales team’s go-to remote demo tool.

  • WordPress CMS hand-off enables the team to publish new units and language versions without developer help.
