My Play

  • Shaped the product vision through user research, journey mapping and rapid wireframes. 

  • Designed end-to-end flows (home, store grid, PDP, cart, payment) for both the WebView MVP and the follow-up native “super-app” concept. 

  • Created a finger-human 3 D mascot library—generated with AI prompts + post-sculpt tweaks—to power launch promos and in-app animations. 

  • Delivered outdoor campaigns (mall LEDs, metro screens, billboards) to drive the first wave of traffic. 

Impact

  • Launched AlışG idiş super-app → reached 600 k+ active members and a 4.7★ store rating in 10 mont
  • Achieved a seamless 1-tap transition from banking to shopping; zero drop-offs in the beta cohort.

  • Mascot-led ad creatives boosted launch CTRs vs. static banners (A/B test, +27 %).

  • The design system and mascot pipeline now serve as the blueprint for all future Fibabanka retail experiments.

Need To Be Done

Create an elevator style navigation that turns the super app into a fingertip-driven digital mall.

With a single swipe, shoppers ride an on-screen elevator or take the virtual stairs between themed floors: everyday retail on the ground, niche concept stores above, and service hubs for insurance, travel, and car care in between. The penthouse hosts AlışGidiş Up, a loyalty lounge packed with cash-back, gamified points, and coupon drops.

I steered the concept from sketch to hi-fi prototype: flows, wireframes, 3D elevator artwork, and motion specs that bring the “mall in your pocket” to life.

Challenge

Design and launch AlışGidiş an in-app marketplace and future super app while scaling a cross functional design squad from scratch.

AlışGidiş had to ship fast first as a WebView marketplace nested inside Fibabanka’s banking app, then as a stand-alone “super app” with elevator-style navigation. My challenge was two-fold: architect an end to end shopping journey (home, floor grid, product, instant-credit checkout) and spin up a brand new, cross disciplinary design team to make it real all without disrupting live banking flows.
