X Media Art Museum

Bring the museum’s room-scale, projection-driven exhibitions online—fast—so art lovers worldwide can preview shows, buy tickets, and feel the venue’s “immersive” DNA from a screen.

My Play

  • Concept → UI kit — distilled the physical journey into a video-forward homepage, full-screen welcome slides, and a left-rail menu for rapid hopping between shows.

  • Elementor-first build — crafted global headers, footers, and Loop templates; wired WPML for EN / TR parity and set up Vimeo-API blocks for auto-pulling trailer reels.

  • Performance & care — WebP, critical CSS, and Cloudflare keep LCP < 1.6 s; I’ve handled quarterly upgrades and new-exhibit roll-outs for three years.

Impact

  • Site hit live four weeks before the inaugural show, sustaining 50 k+ monthly visits with a 2.3 min avg session(GA, 2022–24).

  • Online ticket flow now converts at +28 % over the museum’s previous static page.

  • Curators add new exhibits via Elementor—zero dev tickets—freeing budget for content, not code.

Challenge

Turn X Media Art Museum’s projection filled galleries into an equally immersive, screen-first experience.

I designed a video saturated homepage that opens in true full viewport, then added a slide out side rail so visitors can hop between shows in one tap. Every welcome screen runs edge-to-edge motion clips that echo the on-site projections, delivering a “mini immersive room” on any device without compromising load time or performance.
