Give BLG Capital a bilingual platform that spotlights its U.S.- and Turkey-based real-estate portfolio—delivered in eight weeks, elegant enough for high-net-worth investors, yet editable by the IR team with zero dev help.

My Play

• Elementor-first theme build – forked a lean child theme, then crafted global headers, footers and Loop Grid templates in Elementor Pro’s Theme Builder; wired everything to WPML for seamless EN / TR switching.

• Content curation & art direction – sifted through 200 + assets,  colour-graded the drone reel, and set a graphite-gold palette that echoes BLG’s print collateral.

• Motion & immersion – embedded the drone reel as a lightweight video hero, added GSAP-based scroll cues, and built a vertical carousel that lets visitors skim properties in seconds.

• Performance hardening – WebP conversion, critical CSS extraction, pre-loaded fonts and server-side caching pushed LCP below 1.5 s with a first-view payload of < 1.4 MB.

• Full release ownership – deployed to client hosting, configured CDN / SSL, created a 30-min Loom training so the IR team can add projects in Elementor’s visual editor.

Impact

• +22 % investor-deck downloads versus the previous site (Google Analytics, first 30 days).

• Average session time × 1.8 visitors linger on the video hero and carousel.

• Elementor workflow now powers BLG’s upcoming property launches, removing the need for external dev retainer hours.
